To assemble the back stretcher, follow these steps: Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.

After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.

 Stretch to the Maximum

Experiment placing it in different positions and see which area provides the best relief or deepest stretch.
