Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is it a different product than the one you ordered

To start a replacement, please email us at admin@crazyproductz.in

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options.

Cancellation before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
  • We will offer a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours after placing the order.

Cancellation after Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
